After 19 years of drug and alcohol abuse she became clean and sober in 1995 and commenced to heal from a childhood of abuse. Journalist Matt Price in the Weekend Australian said of Cynthia Morton: “A tall, attractive woman named Cynthia Morton rose to speak. Those of us in the room, including Health Minister Tony Abbott, struggled to fight back tears. Looking at Morton, it seemed impossible to comprehend she’d lived through such a nightmare. Somehow she’d contrived to turn her life around. This required tremendous willpower and suffering; that she resisted, persisted and thrived strikes me as one of life’s lovely miracles.” Having worked with over 7000 Australians facing emotionally challenging life issues such as addiction, abuse, self sabotaging cycles, divorce, death, bankruptcy and depression, Cynthia is in high demand as an Emotional Fitness expert. |
